Dear Store Manager I visited your store in Dubai Mall today, April 14th, to explore laptops and desktops for purchase. Unfortunately, I encountered an unpleasant experience with one of your sales staff, Sayed(apparently of Pakistani origin, with long hair), which I feel compelled to bring to your attention. While inspecting a display desktop, Sayed abruptly approached me and accused me of touching the device without permission, claiming it contained "personal data."His tone was unnecessarily rude and accusatory which was both shocking and unprofessional. I would like to highlight the following concerns: 1. Display Units Should Not Contain Personal Data– If the desktop was meant for customer inspection, it should not have sensitive information. This is a serious oversight. 2. Customer Rights– Display products are meant to be interacted with; customers have the right to assess them before purchase. A polite reminder (if needed) would suffice. 3. Staff Behavior – Sayed’s aggressive demeanor reflects poorly on your store’s reputation. Such attitude can drive customers away and harm your business. I expect better service standards from a reputable store in Dubai Mall. Kindly address this issue with your team and ensure proper training on customer interaction and data management.
