Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay

I had an excellent experience, thanks to their outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and helpful with local recommendations. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and any request I had was handled quickly and professionally. Special thanks to the desk lady i think from Kenny its big and Tall and Adnan for swimming for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels so personal and genuinely caring. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

We had a great experience staying at Embassy Suites Business Bay in Dubai. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. First of all, the cleanliness was excellent throughout the entire property, and the rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It was not only free, but also delicious and varied, offering something for everyone in the family. Speaking of family, this hotel is truly excellent for families, providing both comfort and convenience. The location is ideal, situated very close to Dubai Mall and other main attractions, yet in a quieter area which made it peaceful and relaxing. Another standout feature was the staff—they were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay feel even more special. Lastly, considering all the amenities and service, the price is a great value for what you get. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! This is our second time here We were kindly welcomed at reception and to our room as gold members. Great service and attention to details is provided by all staff members at the hotel. The reception staff are very attentive and the restaurant staff provide exceptional service. Breakfast was delicious and so was room service, Mariam and Lisa are lovely, very kind and hard working. They brought me extra tea and milk to the room and cleaned and adjusted the room very well. Thank you so very much
