Emirates Airline - Ticket Office

We had a Flight to South Africa, The booking was through the South African Airways in Cooperation with Emirates Airlines. The Business Class from Dubai to Johannesburg and Back was amazing I couldn’t believe how nice and hospitable the crew, The seats were so comfortable and with a personalized space for the passengers comfort, And the meals were amazing 🤩 you can choose from the menu while drinking your fresh juice, And you can watch your favorite show or movie on your private screen 📺, Or you can sleep and getting comfortable in your bed-seat 😁.

really love this airline Emirates flights from Dubai. The seats are comfortable and high-quality, and the meals are delicious. The ICE entertainment system offers plenty of movies, TV shows, music, and more from around the world. The flight attendants are attentive and enthusiastic it truly deserves a 5 star rating. The takeoff and landing were incredibly smooth; I really enjoyed it.”

Travelling with emirates is always pleasure due to comfort, safety and hassle free onboarding. My preference is to travel on A 380 , one of the best aircraft available. This time I choosen upper deck to feel the big aircraft and its facilities. It was aesthetically designed at par with hotels. Very comfortable and great outside views. I clicked snow capped mountains.. amazing 👏👏

I recently booked a flight with Emirates and later wanted to change my plans. I called Emirates customer service and spoke with a staff member who clearly told me that if I cancelled within 24 hours, I would get a full refund. To be extra sure, I even asked the staff directly, “Will I get the full refund back?” and they confirmed, “Yes.” Based on that assurance, I went ahead and cancelled my flight within the 24-hour period. However, when the refund was processed, I noticed that a cancellation fee had been deducted, and I did not receive the full amount back. This was very disappointing and misleading, because I only cancelled after being assured by the staff that I would get a complete refund. If there are conditions or exceptions to the 24-hour policy, they should be made clear to customers instead of giving false promises. I expected better clarity and honesty from Emirates, and this experience has left me very dissatisfied.

Horrible experience on traveling from Delhi to Lisbon. Firstly the flight was delayed by 2 hrs and we missed our onward connection. Then we were given new boarding passes which had 4 separate seats, shockingly they assigned our 2.5 yo daughter a seat 2 rows away from us and so for our son. And my wife & I also on separate seats. It’s for sure getting fly worse any but fly better. They have lost their touch - poor customer service, no one responds. And to add that their ground staff on the missed connection was very rude - I’d asked them to out us on the next flight to Europe - he said there no other flight whereas u pulled up the flight and showed him he said that’s not possible. And then we had to wait 1 hr for visa 1 hr for hotel transfer and then 1 hr for hotel checkin. On hotel check-in we were denied a family room. And then there was no pickup from hotel to airport the next morning. Horrendous. I’d say fly worsened!
