Embroidery Service Review: A First-Timer’s Experience Rating: ⭐ (1/5 stars) As someone new to custom embroidery, I recently engaged this service for T-shirts and polo shirts. Here’s my detailed experience: Initial Contact & Consultation The process began promisingly. I shared my logos and specifications via WhatsApp, and they confirmed they could handle the job. Based on this assurance, I visited their office where we: • Discussed specifications in detail • Selected different types of polos and T-shirts • Chose appropriate colors for our logo • Agreed on pricing Red Flags & Payment A concerning moment arose when, immediately after price agreement but before design validation, they presented the card machine for payment. This should have been my first warning sign. Design File Complications Their design team lacked proper applications to convert logos to required formats (.AI, .DST, or .EMB). They referred me to a third-party service for file conversion (credit where due - they did help facilitate this connection). However, this added unexpected steps and costs to the process. Quality Issues & Broken Promises After providing all necessary files and official embroidery specifications: • The strike-off sample arrived a week later • It completely failed to match agreed specifications • The team then admitted they couldn’t execute the specifications they’d initially approved • Meanwhile, a small local embroidery shop successfully created a sample matching my exact requirements and shared the same to them still !! Resolution & Compromise Since I’d already paid in full, I had limited options. They acknowledged their limitations, stating the subpar quality was “the maximum they can do.” With no refund option, I reluctantly accepted their inferior work for a small batch.
