Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA)

I have heard a lot about this academy as best academy for pilot dream, but I am not able to get in touch with them as I have few questions about admission and requirements. Can anyone help please.

We recently made an enquiry to book a tour of Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA) for the ATPL program, and it was very professionally arranged by the EFTA team. A special thanks to Mrs. Attika, our tour guide, who was outstanding in addressing each group member’s questions with clarity and patience — we truly appreciate her support. We were genuinely impressed by the world-class, state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure. It’s also worth noting that the Academy is very clear and transparent about not offering any job guarantees, which reflects their professionalism and integrity. HORRIBLE! HEINOUS! AWFUL CABIN CREW on EK 216 LAX-DXB on FEB 10th that arrived into DXB on FEB 11th. Cabin crew that worked the economy cabin (specifically, around the 50’s seat area G side aisle) were incredibly RUDE AND RACIST! (Crew included: two to three White women and one South Asian woman). My mother was traveling on this flight and despite the fact that I had booked a special meal for her well in advance, the cabin crew REFUSED to give her the special Asian-Veg meal (AVML) I’d booked. Usually, in all airlines, cabin crew are supposed to serve the special meals ahead of the actual service, but they made my mother wait till they had completed their ENTIRE service, which added 2 extra hours and then finally gave her a hodgepodge of random beans from the regular service meal. The cabin crew was COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT & kept passing the ball from one cabin crew to the next and kept telling my mother, “oh my other colleague is going to bring your meal” in an awfully RUDE tone. We’ve traveled on Emirates and other airlines many times and we know what an AVML looks like & what it’s supposed to have and these random veggies thrown together did NOT reflect what an AVML is supposed to be! Also, when my mother asked a cabin crew to assist her with bringing her purse down from the very high overhead bin, a White female cabin crew told her, “you can get it yourself, I’m very busy!” What kind of training is EK Flight Training Academy (EFTA) giving its cabin crew?? Where are they recruiting such trash as cabin crew?? This is NOT the Emirates we are used to flying! In reality, what happened was that the cabin crew gave my mother’s special meal to another passenger by accident and then didn’t have the decency to tell my mother and tried to fool her into eating what they thought could pass off as an AVML! Please give me this Institute hotline/helpline/contect info? Cause i like this Institute and their system. So i'm highly interested in your Academy to build my carrer with you. Give me suggestion.. I am waiting......
