Looking for quality tires or an oil service at a reasonable cost- this is the place to visit. You can relax in the comfortable customer lounge and sip a coffee while they pamper your car. The manager- Mr. Mohammad is a great guy and is very friendly and a genuine person. Would love to visit again as I feel confident handing over my car to them for service and maintenance.

Worst company. They are no willing to honor warranty claim for a faulty tyre that started leaking air less than 24 hours after installation at Autopro. As per them and their genius technician Hanif, the tyre sustained a curb impact. Very convenient but not logical as no adjacent marks and the air is leaking inside a groove which is impossible to have impact with adjacent area impact. Also the so called expert did not even ask for the tyre to be removed from the rim to inspect from inside. This co is pure cheaters. Dont deal with them.

Update: I met Mr. Jamiluhdeen who is a very nice person and was trying to help, we ended up agreeing to change the four tires. I still had to cover the cost for two of them, but at least it is better than covering the four that I was initially asked to. Hence, I’m increasing my review from 1 star to 3. Original review: Worst continental dealer ever, I bought four new tires for X5 and from the second day I noticed vibration when going above 80KM. I brought the car twice and every time they try to fix the issue and it get slightly better but returns back in few days, on the third time I was insisting to change the tyre, however they asked me to change the suspension arm as final trial while promising that if this doesn’t solve the problem, they will replace the tires. I changed the suspension and came back after lockdown as the issue persists, and now they are blaming me for not driving the car too much and claiming that there is issue now in the tires because it wasn’t used too much. Knowing that I drove the car at least twice per week during the lockdown, and I had no issues with 4 years old tires before changing them. Very poor customer service (Mr. Hanif- technical manager) and I’m planning to submit a complaint to Continental directly and I hope they can help fixing the issue.

Very unprofessional people paid 2,000 for whole set of tires, because of them not guiding the client with wheel maintenance, after 1 month from buying the wheels 1 of them got flat because of the low air pressure the whole wheel got rubbed of from the side. After calling them many times the technical manager say come we can not come we are short on staff, I called the HR to make a complain, the answer was I'm not in charge for complains. Highly not recommended, they just take your money and no after sale services.

It was a worst experience which I had with Emirates for Universal Tyres LLC when I gone through for claiming process of my Continental tyre complaint. I bought 4 Continental tyres from them on 25Aug2021 and one of the tyre got a bulge after 4 month. I approached them for a claim on 16jan2021(Sunday), unfortunately their inspectors were not available on the day. Since no fault from my end , I bought a new tyre again form them and submitted to claim for the bulged tyre. That was a shocking response from them after 2days which they rejected all my claim saying that tire has sustained an accidental impact. I was very sure which i did not have any accountant impact since its self-used car from a long period. This was a very bad experience from a premium product when we pay 3 or 4 times higher than the other product and they cheat the customer when we approach for an after-sales-service. I was using a China product called PEARLY TYRE before I buy Continental tires which I was very happy the quality for the price I paid. Continental Tyres could not meet even the quality of PEARLY TYRE. I suggest everyone to avoid Continental tires if they are looking for a good service after you buy. Eventually you won t be able to get any guarantee once you buy.
