I am very old customer of Du. This review is only for customer care by call (800155) and not for any other outlet etc as i found them good. Regarding call center (800155), their menu have been long and it is so complicate to finally reach to a customer care representative. Once you finally reach, your team has become so incompetent that you can never find a solution from them. Moreover they hardly understand anything. I took 5G connection, after finding our that there is no 5G service available, i offered either cancel it and give me new 4G router or keep the same router and charge for 4G service. Last five days, they have neither understood it over phone nor they have understood through email.

Be careful when you take package from du always don't have mobile phone especially iPhones or Galaxy. And bad experiences
