Very Bad service Had a bad experience in the 🏧 machine at the city center al ghubaiba on 23rd May I want to withdraw money from my Indian bank card as there was not funds in the 🏧 ,I cancelled the request and my atm card got stuck in the machine the security near the 🏧 machine asked me to give a complaint in the nearest branch and they will help and remove the card and give it. As I went to the bank branch they told we can’t do any thing as it will be destroyed, call ur Indian bank and get a new one. Not ready to listen to me request or any thing as I was not an existing customer of the bank very bad service.

Great and efficient service when opening my account. Mr. Sayed was extremely helpful and respectful, a true professional. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with another colleague (whose name I won’t mention) was less pleasant. He was unhelpful, repeatedly questioned me, assumed I didn’t have the necessary documents, and insisted I return another day.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch. The staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful. They handled my queries efficiently and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for excellent customer service!

I had a disappointing experience at this branch. The staff seemed unprofessional and not very helpful. Customer service was lacking — long waiting times, no proper guidance, and at times, rude behavior. I expected better support from a reputed bank, but this branch needs serious improvement in both service and attitude. Hope the management takes feedback seriously…..

Disappointed with ATM Service and Response from Branch Staff I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your branch. On 08/05/2025, I withdrew AED 2,700 from another bank account using your ATM located at this branch. Unfortunately, one of the notes dispensed — a AED 100 bill — was torn. The next morning, 09/05/2025, I visited the branch and requested assistance in replacing the damaged note, as I believe this issue originated from your ATM. To my surprise, the staff member I spoke to informed me that he could not replace the note and advised me to visit the Central Bank instead. This would require me to take a half-day off work, resulting in the loss of half a day's salary and incurring transportation costs. I explained my situation and requested a resolution multiple times, but I was simply told that the ATM is maintained by a third-party provider and that the bank bears no responsibility. I left the branch disappointed and reached out to another bank for advice. Their teller informed me that, since the withdrawal was made through their ATM, that bank is indeed responsible for addressing such issues. I am seeking clarification on this matter: Is it true that your bank holds no responsibility in such cases, despite the withdrawal being made using your ATM? If not, I kindly request that this issue be resolved without requiring me to incur further inconvenience and cost. Attaching Photos for clarification.
