Emirates Kitchen by far is one of the best kitchen equipment companies I have had dealt in recent years that I can't seem to stop thinking which made me realise that we never showed a token of gratitude for your hard work on this project. We requested multiple deliverables on a tight schedule and everyone rose to the challenge to make this happen and we wanted to pass along this compliment by writing this quick email thanking you. The staff went above and beyond at all times, from suggesting new ideas and putting in hundreds of hours researching features, reliability, cost effective and more to find the best appliances in every category, whether it's a high-end range, a budget dishwasher, or something in between to make cooking fun, efficient and tasty, which seems daunting to us initially. However, at the completion of the project we can say that it's worth our time and investment. Design and technical teams were all exceptional hosts and made this project most memorable. We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere which was more informal than expected which made us felt at ease and respected. This is reflected in all staff as well, who were great, insightful, responsive, upbeat, patient, incredibly professional and clearly take pride in their work while remaining very personable and this team was able to guarantee success when rolling out a new initiative. I recently called a kitchen equipment supplier in Abu Dhabi to inquire about their products. The staff answered promptly and was able to address all my questions efficiently. They also provided me with an email address to send my request for a quotation, which was very helpful. However, during the call, I noticed a very loud noise in the background. It was distracting and unprofessional, as I could clearly hear someone shouting in an inappropriate manner. Since I understand Indian language, I recognized the shouting involved offensive language, which was completely unacceptable for a workplace. While I appreciate the staff who assisted me, the behavior of the shouting individual reflects poorly on the company. I believe proper training and workplace etiquette should be enforced to ensure a more professional environment for both employees and customers.

Last Year 2021, I recommended Emirates Kitchen Equipment Company (EKE) with my friend and bought 2 Door Upright Refrigerator. And he is very satisfied with the machine and with a good after sales support.
