At Dubai Mall branch very unprofessional staff starting with the personnel at the entrance who ask what service are you seeking. All staff are not aware of the services that each of their colleagues is doing so i had to giggle between two different staff with two waiting times to see each. when i arrived at my last destination staff i had to walk out of the branch for a good ten minutes to photocopy some documents which if i was told from the start that it was requested printed out o would have done & saved halted time i spent there today. very unpleasant experience 👎🏻👎🏻

The ATM took my money and it was never credited to my account. I raised multiple cases with Emirates NBD, but their customer service is a disaster. Each time I got different answers, and in the end, they just closed my cases without helping. Even after visiting the Dubai Mall branch and speaking to the manager, nothing changed. No one took real responsibility, and I was made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. This is unacceptable. I know how much money I had, and I will not stop until I get it back! 0 care for customers, 0 responsibility, 0 help!
