Mr Prakash need to learn how to speak to customer . My staff is receiving voice notes from him complaining that we keep asking for prices but not placing orders . It is normal to check if the prices are the same as manufactures usually may be affect by global changes in raw materials prices … You would expect a sales person to understand that rather than send voice notes asking why you keep asking for prices . Training needed …..
