Emirates Post – Al Quoz Delivery Center

I had a great experience with Emirates Post thanks to the exceptional teamwork of Mr. Ben and two wonderful ladies from the customer service center. A package was mistakenly addressed to the wrong location, but they worked together to correct the issue and ensure it was delivered to the right address on time. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I appreciate their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction. The whole system is a joke. Rescheduled for a second delivery attempt and had to call the line to talk to an agent because the whatsapp line is pretty much useless. Was told that it will be scheduled within a time frame of 10am to 2pm. Sent 2 emails since and im still waiting for my parcel. They don't even pick up the phone calls now. CH163240861AU !!

It's always a hassle with this company. I have a package that keeps saying "Unsuccessful delivery attempt" but no one has called and no doorbell / knock on our door. This isn't the first time this happened, which is why it's so frustrating. Their customer service isn't good and their system seems to be inconsistent (when I tried using their virtual assistant on whatsapp, two different statuses of my order appear). It's unfortunate that their "delivery attempt" happened on Sat evening-Sunday hence I have no way of contacting them and I have to wait for Monday just to contact them again. I am very frustrated. I just want to receive my order please.

I am beyond frustrated with the service I’ve received. I placed an order for delivery on Saturday, but no one called or showed up. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but despite my efforts, no one arrived on Monday or Tuesday either. After this, I requested to collect my parcel myself, given that the delivery service clearly isn’t reliable—yet even that became a hassle. To make matters worse, the tracking status hasn’t been updated since Saturday. After reading other customer reviews, it’s clear that I’m not the only one facing these issues. It’s baffling that if you are unable to handle last-mile delivery, Emirates Post continues to offer it as an option. At the very least, be upfront with customers and offer collection services exclusively. It would save everyone a lot of time, and customers wouldn’t be left waiting for a delivery that never happens, wasting both their time and the time of your customer service reps.
