Emirates Post - Al Quoz Fourth Post Office

The staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me with my international shipping. I was in and out quickly, and the line moved efficiently. The post office was clean and well-organized. The employee was very patient and explained the process clearly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service I didn’t have a box for my oversized item They went out of their way to help me not only make a box for me but they also even cut up small boxes to protect my items All of this was done without me needing to ask. The counter woman was quick and precise. Everyone was very helpful. Which made me so happy to be a resident expat in dubai. To know these services are so great I would def recommend this location as it is bigger and quick

not delivering my parcel. the driver call me to deliver the parcel that came from japan i waited for how many hours. and no delivery come. and he said the next day but not delivering. when i track my parcel it was sorted back in al Qouz. worst delivery team!! give me my parcel.

This is by far the worst courier service I have ever experienced in my life. My mail is still not delivered to me until now. I don’t see the reason why they ask you to set up delivery schedule and not follow the time you have set up. I scheduled for 9-1pm delivery and all I get is a Failed Delivery Attempt remark because they try to deliver it 5 hours later than the scheduled time. How hard is it to follow a scheduled delivery which in the first place is offered by them through their system. No calls from the courier yet they put unsuccessful delivery. I have never been this frustrated in my life. I have called customer service every day and all I get is a hung up call or apologies from the reps, no solution at all. Edit: 13/1/2025 Received the mail at 1pm. A guy named Shahbaz Hassan from a certain department contacted me to ensure the mail will be delivered today and it did in the time he has promised. Made a huge difference in the service I was so frustrated about. Thankful to this person.
