Emirates Post - Al Ras Post Office

My parcel was sent from Dubai over a month ago, and after constantly following up with them day and night, they've now told me it's been lost. I will never use their services again and would never recommend them to anyone. The parcel contained brand new shoes and a bag worth 6,000 dirhams, sent as a gift from my family. Now they’re claiming it’s missing — but I strongly suspect it was taken, especially since the items were new. How can a company operate with no accountability or guarantee that parcels will be delivered safely?

Hello dear postal workers, on 20.11. 2023 we visited your post office in the afternoon. The post office was closed. We dropped the postcards in the outside left mailbox in front of your post office entrance. You can take postcards from the outdoor mailbox (they have postage stamps) and send them to the listed addresses in the Czech Republic (Czech Republics). Postcards are of great value to us, as we have many nice experiences from your country and thus we will keep memories of your beautiful country. Had a great experience with Al Ras Post Office. A madam there went extra mile to help me out getting my documents urgently. She not only traced the documents but also provided me exact location from where I can get them. It was sorting office near Airport. Which is 24/7 operational. Highly recommended
