Got excited upon receiving a message on my WhatsApp to pick my parcel from Al rigga post, but all my excitement was drawn down with a disappointment. The man who was at the desk a Pakistani or Indian national (Saturday 10th May 2025, 5:20pm) showcased a very negative attitude towards me and my girlfriend. He employed bold rudeness and an "I don't care attitude towards us" Wanted to inquire more on how to subscribe to a post office box but all this had to be forgotten because of the weird service. Please @management, look into this matter otherwise, I couldn't help but give you a one star
