Emirates Post - Deira Main Post Office

I was pleased to come here today , Big thank you to Mr. Rejith, he helped me getting my international Driving permit so fast ! Within 15 minutes of me walking in it was over ! Thank you emirates post for the great service 🙏🏻

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your office, specifically from Ms. Noha Hassiv and her manager (whose name I was told is not to be disclosed). Unfortunately, their attitude and lack of professionalism have caused me and my family a great deal of frustration and stress. Since May, we have been trying to complete a single transaction, and throughout this time, we have received no real help or proper guidance. Each time we contact them, we are told different information. They constantly change their statements and requirements, and when we provide the requested documents, we are told that they are not acceptable and that the process cannot proceed. Their tone and behavior have been extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. Neither Ms. Hassiv nor her manager showed any willingness to assist or provide clear and consistent information. The manager in particular lacks basic communication skills and has treated us in a very dismissive manner. This situation has dragged on far too long, and we feel that we are being treated unfairly. I am requesting that this issue be taken seriously and investigated properly, and that action be taken to ensure no other clients experience this kind of treatment in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution.

If there is an option for zero star I would literally give them zero, they have lack of commitment with scheduled delivery times, poor quality service, failing to meet scheduled delivery times and the worst thing is incredibility in providing their services, I was choosing a specific date to deliver my shipment and I attempted to reach them several times and they ignored my calls, when I called the call center they confirmed that my shipment in the way and when I asked which time exactly I will receive my order they informed me the driver will call me once he will reach, and unfortunately I didn’t receive any call from them during the day besides when I checked in tracking page I found that they marked my delivery at 8:21 pm as (unsuccessful delivery attempt)!!!WHAT!!! but no one call me and all the time I was checking my phone and waiting to receive my order!! YOU HAVE LACK OF CREDIBILITY 👎🏻 you need to take responsibility and improve your poor service quality (and be honest please) because of your failure in delivering your service and avoiding accountability you try to cover yourself by providing false excuses!!

Great spacious facility with excellent speedy service. The staff is very well trained and deal with the customers very professionally. Tokens are given to people on first come first serve basis. There are many many counters so even if there's a rush, the turn comes in no time. The seating area is very beautiful and comfortable. Separate seats are there for women and elderly. Parking is paid , but ample spaces are available.

This post office is an outstanding example of the Dubai governance model. The facility is shining and spotless, the staff well dressed, fluent and helpful ... it is difficult to believe that this is a government facility. My work was done in minutes, and at bargain rates!!
