I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Emirates Post for a package shipped from the UK. Despite being handed over to Emirates Post on November 11th, the delivery process was plagued with delays and miscommunication. The tracking information provided by Emirates Post was inaccurate and unreliable. Despite numerous promises from their customer service representatives, the package languished in their warehouse for days without any explanation. I received no prior notification of delivery attempts, and the lack of communication was frustrating. When I went to collect the package from their Al Quoz facility, I was met with yet another disappointment. In this day and age, it's astonishing that a major postal service provider like Emirates Post doesn't have a basic payment system like a card machine in their warehouse where the invite customers to come for pickup. This archaic system added unnecessary inconvenience to an already frustrating experience. The entire ordeal has been a complete waste of time and energy. I strongly advise anyone considering using Emirates Post to reconsider. Their unreliable service, poor communication, and outdated systems make them a highly unreliable delivery service.
