Emirates Post - Dubai Central Post Office
Reviews
I am writing this review to highlight the worst experience I’ve ever had with a customer service call center. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue, the call center agents showed zero ownership or accountability. I was transferred repeatedly, given vague answers, and felt completely dismissed. No one took responsibility or followed up as promised. This is not just frustrating — it reflects a serious lack of professionalism and training. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and invest in proper training and quality control for your call center team. Customers deserve clear answers, timely support, and a team that takes ownership of their roles. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend your service to anyone expecting even basic customer care
My package was supposed to be delivered to me on the 12th of May between 9am-1pm as I clearly stated as I was working evening shift this week. I however got called by a very rude and obviously unhappy delivery captain who asked me who was in my house after I innocently told him I wasn’t home. I was trying to simply explain to him that I scheduled my delivery between 9am and 1pm and when they didn’t show up I wasn’t expecting him to call at almost 8pm as he called me at exactly 7:36pm. As soon as I had mentioned I wasn’t home and no one could pick up my package. He rudely and angrily hung up the call on me. Even when I called back trying to inquire why he would hung up the call instead of simply telling me when next he can deliver my package, he still got angry and responding rudely and he even went as far as provoking me and this even escalated to him exchanging words with me. So rude and embarrassing. I understand your delivery captain may have been under the scorching sun since morning but it honestly would cost him nothing to be polite and know when to drop a call when speaking with a customer. I am still sad about it and would appreciate if my parcel will be sent with a different captain instead. I would not want to get involved with someone who is rude and disrespectful when under pressure. I would love to share the delivery captain’s number here but I guess this is a public space and would appreciate if I can get an email to send this information to so you can handle within your team. Your captains need to do better honestly speaking
Went to get my international driving license. Left without going to the counter as the staff was sick with the flu and serving customers without taking any precautions. If you are sick then the least you can do is avoid being in direct customer contact and take precautions in not spreading your sickness to others.
I have been a loyal client of Margo Express for 3 years, utilizing Emirates Post services for shipping hundreds of parcels. Unfortunately, my experience has taken a drastic turn for the worse following the closure of Margo Express. - **June 13:** I reached out to Faris from the Emirates Post sales team, requesting a direct corporate agreement and submitted ALL requested documents on the same day. - **June 16, 27, July 1:** I followed up multiple times with Faris, who continually assured me that everything was “almost ready” and that I would receive the contract ASAP. However, I received NOTHING. After 3 weeks of waiting, I received a call from Mirza, who was completely unaware of my situation. I had to start the process over, resending all documents and explaining the contract agreement from scratch. Since then, I have followed up with Mirza 5 more times. Each time, he has told me that the contract is in the system waiting for approval. It has now been over a month since I began this process to obtain a contract from a company with whom I have had a longstanding relationship. This delay is not only disgusting and disrespectful, but also wildly unprofessional. As a direct result of this incompetence, my business has suffered, forcing me to urgently seek out another shipping company. I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the lack of service from Emirates Post, a government entity that I expected to adhere to higher standards. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Ohhh bless me for my patience . My experience? I'm waiting for 1 week to get my credit card delivered. And I keep on getting a phone call every day to update me on my tomorrow delivery And tomorrow And tomorrow Today exactly 7 days after I lost it when I heard again Inshallah..... Inshallah? Is it getting delivered or we are hoping it will?
