Emirates Post Kiosk - Dubai Mall

They didn’t complete the form as I had written, which resulted in all of my items being inspected by customs, and I had to pay a fine. Customs issued a strict warning. Who should be held responsible for this? I clearly listed the item names and their values, but the post office staff arbitrarily shortened the descriptions or failed to declare them properly. I’m extremely upset. Every form filled out at the post office serves as a declaration for goods entering the country, and it must be completed accurately. This kind of error stems from the outdated practice of having to fill out forms in person. I’ve traveled to many countries, and in most cases, customers fill out forms themselves via QR codes or online platforms and submit them electronically.

Very bad experience at the Emirates Post counter in Dubai Mall. The agent Prabh Raghavan offered me the wrong shipping service (pickup instead of door-to-door). As a result, my parcel got blocked in the UK and cannot be delivered to the warehouse. I lost 260 AED in shipping fees and now I have to pay again to resend the parcel at my own expense. No clear information was provided, and no help was given afterwards. Extremely disappointing for such an expensive service.

Excellent service. Unmatched prices to around the Globe destinations. A real blessing for Downtowners! Friendly staff especially Mr. Prabhudas and Mr. Rabiya. We have been here from DAY 1 this kiosk started. I hope this will be a motivation for EMS to start a post office in downtown.

Instead of helping, they want you to fill out unnecessary forms. Came with a 3 Amazon packages and they refused to take the order
