Emirates Post - Umm Suqeim Post Office

We sent 6 big parcels to Romania, 2 days back. We were first very impressed by the cleanliness and well organised the activities in the branch. The branch itself looks amazing as people, and we were extremely well impressed by the quality of the gentlemen from the counters - very polite, very helpful for our process. I would like to express our gratitude to Fernando for the tremendous support offered to us to send especially one parcel ,from the sixth ones, giving us all the guidance for can send everything following the Emirates Post policy and regulations. The service is generally reliable, but during a recent experience I faced several issues that reflect ongoing problems with Emirates Post: Post office working hours are highly impractical for anyone with a full-time job. Branches typically close before most people finish work, making it nearly impossible to access services without taking time off. PO boxes are consistently unavailable, with most locations fully rented out. This leaves no alternative for customers who want a reliable delivery option without paying for home delivery. A more general issue with Emirates Post is the persistent and unnecessary charges on international shipments. The AED 20 handling fee applied to nearly every incoming parcel is excessive and should be removed. These issues seriously impact the usability and fairness of the service. Emirates Post needs to urgently review its working hours, PO box capacity, and fee structure to better serve the public.

Good afternoon, I sent a package to my country Cuba 🇨🇺 since December and it never arrived. I wanted to say that I feel scammed. They told me that they were going to refund the money and they deposited 131 AED in my card and I paid 863 for the shipment. I do not recommend anyone to send it here. Do not call me. I do not speak English, I speak Spanish. Ok, every time they call it is a lie and a lie. Thank you.

If any office to be given 5 stars it should be this . Clean, organized, pleasant to the eye , friendly and professional service, plenty of parking . Went there on a Friday afternoon and sent some registered mail and it was a fast and prompt service and when I got home we got a call and the lady who helped us in the post office was apologizing because we left before she gives us our change back …. She was so nice and made it like her false which it wasn’t, and she informed us that she will keep it aside till we come and pick it which we did this morning Again she was super nice and apologizing though it was not her fault at all This is a place should be an example to other entities, and we raise our hat to the professional lady behind counter 3 there
