Unfortunately, our experience with Emirates Safety Laboratory has been far from satisfactory. From the beginning, their team has shown a serious lack of cooperation. Staff members are unresponsive and any follow-up feels like you're being ignored. One of the most frustrating issues is how difficult it is to request even the most basic documents, like a tax invoice. In any professional business, this should be standard practice and issued promptly. Even a simple grocery store provides a receipt without asking, yet here, repeated requests are often required, and still, super delay the action is taken. This level of inefficiency and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially from a company that should be upholding high standards of professionalism and accountability. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and internal processes.

The team is not helpful at all, they don't care about the customers, we are asking them for a document so we can issue a gate pass to deliver the materials, and they said in the begining that we have to provide it, how a customer can provide the sale invoice? They just want to be rude and argue, since 1 week till now and we are still struggling with them, disrespectful team.

I keep on calling their published number but phone is continuously transferred to voice mail box. The mail box is also full. Can someone recommend how to get in touch with ESL for product testing..their website is also under maintenance since long.
