Title: Very Disappointing Experience with SkyCargo Unfortunately, my experience with SkyCargo was extremely disappointing. I had a shipment that I tried to process for over 3 days, constantly sending emails, providing all the required pictures and documents, and even visiting in person—yet I received no real progress. The service was very slow, the communication was unprofessional, and every time I got a new response, it was just another delay with no solution. Despite fulfilling all their requests, nothing was resolved, and I ended up wasting time and effort for nothing. I finally decided to work with another shipping company that handled everything quickly and efficiently. Within a short time, my shipment was processed and finalized without complications. I truly hope SkyCargo takes this feedback seriously and improves their workflow and customer service. As for me, I will no longer deal with this company, and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for fast and reliable service.

The customer service is the worst I ever experience in my whole life or in any part of the world. 1. There is no parking to drop of your cargo. 2. The staff especially the locals is so unhelpful and rude. 3. There is no one at the station to complete their job and you sit and wait for more that 2hours for the person to get back to there station do complete there paperworks. Very quick and excellent service

I moved my 2 cats from Dubai to Delhi India And emirates sky cargo have wonderful service I really appreciate the staff they were amazing and very helpful I didn’t face any single problem there Everything was very smooth They even help me with another things which doesn’t belong to them lol I really appreciate the guy sitting counter number 2 I forget the name But he was very nice and very helpful very friendly Even custom officers are very nice They did my work very fast I am very thankful to you guys Now I am always gonna use emirates For every smooth things 😇

I recently visited Emirates SkyCargo to collect a shipment and export another one. As usual, the place was busy, but the staff was incredibly helpful and attended to my needs promptly. Despite the hustle and bustle, they managed to provide excellent service, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. I will definitely recommend Emirates SkyCargo to others for their reliable and professional service.
