Emirates Specialty Hospital

Disappointed by the lack of patient focus at Emirates Specialty Hospital. I came in for a simple blood test ordered by my doctor and ended up waiting over an hour — not because of medical reasons, but because their system was down and they couldn’t get insurance approvals. No proactive communication, no clear updates, just delays and frustration. For a hospital of this caliber, basic operational issues like this shouldn’t be the patient’s burden. Hope they seriously reconsider how they manage time, systems, and patient experience.

My sister gave birth on May 9th at Emirates Hospital in Healthcare city, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the staff were kind and supportive. A special thanks to the duty manager, Charlotte, who was incredibly sweet and helpful. She made sure everything went smoothly and supported us throughout our time at the hospital. We’re really grateful for the care we received🤍

My wife has a good experience with this hospital, because our first baby is born here. From the very first session, Dr. Asmaa took the time to understand my condition in detail, explaining everything clearly and tailoring the treatment plan to my specific needs. Her deep knowledge, gentle approach, and positive attitude created an environment of trust and comfort. I noticed significant improvement in my condition thanks to her care and expertise. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure that every session is productive. My husband had his hip replacement done this Tuesday at Emirates speciality hospital @Health care city and honestly cannot praise the doctor and staff enough. Dr Paul Macnamara is honestly the best surgeon for replacements NOT just because of his surgical skills which are awesome BUT also because of the way he ensures that he is always available to his patients Message him and within 5 minutes I have gotten a response. He Ensures that the patient is kept on top of the pain and hence my husband hardly experienced any. In fact, only surgeon in my experience who called at night to check on the patients recovery and pain status on the night of the surgery, reminding me to keep him on top of the pain. Very down to earth and approachable surgeon and his assistant Dr. Bilal was equally very good. Special mention to nursing staff who were amazing too. Ancy, Deepa, mancy, Ian, Maylene and Rafalle. The physio doctors were amazing too. The cleaning as well as the catering was perfect as well. My husband liked the food provided to him during his stay as well. In fact everyone there was really very nice and Co operative. Plus first time in my life having been in and out of hospital for surgeries in last few years for one family member or another, I was very pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to pay extra, than what was quoted to me to be the budget for the surgery. Best decision to go with Dr. Paul and his team. And I am truly grateful to everyone who took such good care of my husband. Thank you Jyoti
