Emirates Transfers

Great experience with Emirates Transfers! The driver was very polite and professional, he greeted us at arrivals hall and showed us the way to the vehicle. We have booked an absolutely gorgeous Lexus and we had a very comfy ride to our hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. I highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Emirates Transfers within the past week. First I booked a van from Dubai airport to Abu Dhabi. The driver arrived early and the van was very clean and spacious. As everything worked out so well, I decided to book again a van for my family to go back to Dubai which was as great as the first experience.

I recently used Emirates Transfer to and from DXB, and it was thoroughly impressed. Booking was easy, the car arrived promptly, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. The drivers were professional, polite and helpful they carried the bags without asking them to do so. I will use their service always and I highly recommend their reliable service for hassle-free airport transfers.

I would absolutely not recommend this service. Our driver was a no show at the airport. We waited at the pickup area for 20 minutes on the phone to various people at the company and with three tired children. We were eventually reallocated a driver. The walk from the meeting area to the car was 15 minutes and the car we had was old with barely working air conditioning. The experience was so bad we cancelled our return leg that night and ordered an Uber lux for the return journey (which was seamless). Unsurprisingly Emirates transfers still charged us for the return leg which we never took and we were unable to get a refund. **update rather than own their mistake they’re trying to suggest I booked with a different company so attaching my booking **
