Very Disappointing Experience with REM by IT Empire I booked the REM software on May 19 2025 and was promised proper training by a representative named Hamza. Despite multiple follow ups, no one ever came for the training even after two full months. I initially purchased the monthly package to test the software before investing in the yearly plan. But unfortunately, they only keep deducting payments without providing any support or guidance. The off plan data is completely useless most of it does not even match real project details. Their so called matchmaking feature is also pointless there is no real functionality just fancy buttons and printed names nothing practical or reliable. Hamza also promised to visit but never showed up which is highly unprofessional. This has been one of the worst software experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend REM by IT Empire to anyone. It is a complete waste of time and money.
