I referred a family from Qatar travelling back to Dubai to Enayati. I was impressed with their handover procedures and how quickly the team was able to organize and manage the care. As a physician, I highly recommend their service.

I worked for Enayati & medicure clinics under contract MB996620956AE, never received salary on time . Work so stressful, bad language, no plan ,no proper business communications and no life balance , after termination Management said HR will contact you ,after 3 weeks trying to contact HR ,Enayati accounts for my late salaries ,they respond with we don't have update , when I complained to MOHRE(complain :MB223105378AE) , they told me your work permit canceled ( it was canceled without my knowledge while I was calling everyday ) so when MOHR contacts Enayati , Management said , he was absent all time and he didn't work for us, that's why we cancel him and we didn't pay him ! Then Ministry of Human Resources in Dubai sent the complain to Dubai courts , I won the case and received some money in September but I lost most of it to pay my new visa and my visa fines also court fees and its Dec 22 and they didn’t pay the remaining balance ! ( updating comment in July 2025) after years still they didn’t pay all balance

My dad has been diagnosed with a rare disease last September, we were in and out of hospitals, and we experienced all the roller coaster feelings you can think of, probably all the unpleasant ones, and that’s normal for a patient’s family because our dad won’t be staying with us for so long, we were never happy about any doctor or nurses in a couple of hospitals we’ve been. But then, Enayati came, they gave us the best nursing service at home there is, we wouldn’t be able make it until now without them, they even served as our pillar of hope. I bet there’s no other home care facility there is compared to them. The most important part, their nurses and doctors are very good at their job and at the same time, they will love and care for your sick love ones genuinely, and that’s the best medical service there is. We highly recommend them and if there’s a rating higher than 5, that’s them. I can name a couple of rockstar nurses from them for your reference: Yvonne, Shyla, Fahad, Angeline, and Charmaine. The nurse manager Abby is the best! And ofcourse all their doctors.
