I am writing today to complain of the poor standard service from your Representative Team, i am most annoyed from the last month because of your representative team; The representative are not responding on the LPO and not making the delivery on time. I have to call 10 times to follow up for orders and not even a single call back from your Representative for any updates No update about the Stock shortage, we suffer a lot and loose the customer. Your Representative communication skills are really poor and if you call they will not even respond or receive the call and make excuse for not receing the call. I sent LPO 6 days ago and still i did not receive the items and i am losing the customer, i will but the items from outside market and that amount will be deducted from your account here. Note: If you will not improve the communication skills of your team than we are really sorry to inform you that we will close your account here. Awaiting for quick response.

Called asking to buy plastic shipment from them. The operator in their Dubai office gave me the number in Abu Dhabi which no one answers. called them back the operator picks up the phone and hangs up without saying hello. Shocking but not a big deal a lot of other factories in the market.
