Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Price at All This product is extremely poor quality and absolutely not worth the money. All the items arrived with a strange smell, and nothing looked like the pictures online. The vest was tiny—more like a crop top, while the trousers were way too big. The blazer even came unstitched on one side, which is unacceptable for something at this price point. To make matters worse, although the delivery was advertised as free, I had to pay an unexpected €70 just to receive the package. When I reached out to customer service, they were completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. My honest advice: don’t buy this. It’s a waste of your time and money.

My sister, friend, and brother in law recently went to look for some formal clothes. They had a horrible experience with customer service. The lady (who ignored them and continued chatting on the phone for the first fifteen minutes ignoring them), was not helpful with sizes “this is all we have. We can’t accommodate what you need what you see is what you get” type attitude. To the point where my family felt they were bothering HER. She even told them they are out of water. Poor service, if she was more welcoming, cooperative they would’ve walked out with a purchase. Overrated store, go elsewhere.

worst customer service ever.... i visited this place with my family on Friday as a serious buyer and there was no one to assist us so we asked the lady sitting on counter to assist us but she was very reluctant and lazy to even get up leaving her phone which she was continuously using , she was acting like we are doing her a favor by purchasing from there, she was very rude and wasn't even answering to us properly. absolutely disappointed would never recommend anyone. i request the authorities to train the staff properly and teach them importance of a customer.(despite all this i purchased a dress)..but will never in future
