Marina office was bery helpful and the Staff Takshila & Ayaz Ali were supportive and cooperative. Really appreciate their efforts. Comparing to other branch in Al Barsha, the team there are very bad. Negative attitude, no answer on call phone always the phone keep ringing but no answer and if you request to check about available cars they don’t come back to your request. Marina branch is recommended and better staff.

I had a great experience renting a car from this service, located inside the Grosvenor Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and efficient. The car I received was spotless and practically brand new, which made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. They required a deposit of 3000 AED, but it was refunded to my account a few days after I returned the car, with no issues. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful location, very helpful staff, Takshillah very helpful and provided all sneers to my questions, she even provided me with a free upgrade to higher spec maserati.
