Absolutely shocking service. All I needed was a basic spare-part replacement for my Midea washing machine! After being passed around between multiple phone calls and WhatsApp chats, they flat-out refused to put their verbally quoted price in writing. The lady I spoke to on this number was unbelievably rude, refused to listen, wouldn't escalate my request to anyone else, and actually hung up the phone on me mid-conversation. I genuinely can't believe the level of disrespect and incompetence I experienced. This was easily the worst customer service I've ever had, to the point where I've decided to completely switch appliance brands just to avoid ever dealing with Eros again. We've made sure to let the head office of Midea know directly that they are damaging Midea’s reputation and customer loyalty in the UAE. Seriously, stay away from Eros if you value your time and sanity.
