Escan Tower - Dubai Marina

Stayed here recently and honestly the apartment was great. Newly updated and clean. Great location to the marina and beaches, 24h store in the property, nice pool, easy parking, great views, quiet, affordable, and very safe. Could use more pool chairs but otherwise very happy with our stay here.

Such a scam &very bad experience 😒dirty old room and nothing like the pictures online , everything is not Clean ,old rotten food in the microwave and the smell is so bad like dead animal ,lots of broken stuff and small insects here and there , carpet were never cleaned and doors full of stained ,shower curtain full of fungus 🤢I had nightmares by sleeping that night there😬 ....truly NASTY

I'm now staying in room 704 it's a BIG BIG NO not clean too dirty leftover food in the microwave a pigsty

Sorry, but I couldn’t wait to move out of this place! The building is poorly maintained, there’s a constant unpleasant smell, there’s no gym, and the pool is in such a depressing state that it’s actually scary to go near it. The security guards also behave strangely. One time, I was sitting on the couch in the lobby in the evening, and a guard came up to me and said I wasn’t allowed to sit there. I told him I had been living there for two weeks already — what do you mean I can’t sit here? He said that you’re only allowed to sit on the couch for 10–15 minutes, and then you have to move to a different one. Too bad he didn’t specify how long I’d be allowed to sit on the next couch 😂
