worst experience and worst logistics company, my recent experience with this courier company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and others need to be warned. I had an import shipment coming from India, and what should have been a smooth process turned into an exhausting, frustrating ordeal. The delays were endless, the communication was practically non-existent, and every time I tried to get a simple update, I was either ignored or given vague, unhelpful responses. It felt like no one had a clue what they were doing — or worse, they simply didn’t care, they dont fu*king pick the phone and when do they behave like they are doing you a favour every f*kn person is....

Worse experience i ever had. I had delivery from india. Informed me deliver Tuesday. Delivery guy informing will deliver as per there conveniences only. First time in my life I'm facing this. Such a bad attitude towards customers. And also delivery guy tourchering for the payment. Without payment won't deliver the package.

Worst courier company still didn't deliver my shipment it only shows in transit and they are not picking the call up no reponse i had a event i ordered stuff for event to be delivered ro uae still not recieved my shipment more than 4 weeks very very bad experience worst courier company in uae not recommended at all
