I recently used eShopify Fulfillment "Mr Anuj and Mr. Ehab" for warehousing my e-commerce products. and unfortunately, I encountered several issues. All my products were delivered to them bubble wrapped and in excellent condition, If there were any product is damaged, they would tell me immediately. The products were delivered in a damaged state while all these products were, with cartons torn and items crushed. I have documented evidence, including photos, to support this. Moreover, I was surprised to find that they required an additional payment from me before they would release the products, which was unexpected and quite disappointing. This added cost, on top of the already paid fees, has been a major inconvenience. While I understand that mishaps can occur, the lack of responsiveness has left me quite disappointed. I hope that eShopify Fulfilment can take this feedback seriously and improve their quality of service. I trust that they will address this matter appropriately to ensure better experiences for their clients in the future. Update: Regardless of the false information listed here, be brave enough to contact me and clarify your point, not to ignore all my contact calls, emails, and whatsapp. It's supposed to take care of the products as I pay you to do so. Not to take all the wrap and store it in the exact same boxes I sent you the products in. Regardless of the lie of the notices that you have sent and the 4 years lie.
