I used Ethiopian airways to relocate my 2 Persian cats in cabin from Zanzibar to Oman. I cannot fault their service from the office in Dubai with their help, the check in process, and the flight itself. Everyone at the airports were great with us, as were cabin crew. However, they did change our flight twice which made me have to change dates on health forms, once even bringing our flight forward 2 days. But the Dubai office quickly resolved it. The Zanzibar office was no help at all. They just told me cats were not allowed in Oman and sent me away. They need to get up to speed with the rules of the airline they work for.
