I had an amazing experience at this optical store! My glasses were broken, and Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to help me. He greeted me with excellent communication skills, was extremely polite, and fixed my glasses within no time — and to my surprise, he did it free of charge! Truly a gem of a person and a great example of genuine customer service. Highly recommended!
