Poor experience overall. Why is etisalat allowing them to supply sim and other services. Wrong commitments and completely fraud.

Dont give any documents or take new mobile or land phone numbers from them. They will not activate it. Even we cancel the order they will generate the bill. The sales team after taking the documents will not take our calls. U will be in a mess. Go directly to the etisalat business counter u will get the new connections by 2 hours. These guys r cheaters.

They are very helpful for new customers.. Eventhough they wont answer calls always, will reply to whatsapp sometimes. This company is Good for setting up the telephone thing for the first time. They seems very professional. Humple advice is that, serve your existing customers very gently and poitely.
