I really wish I didn’t have to write this, but brides deserve to know what they’re getting into. I hired Zoya and her company to decorate my wedding. She was incredibly kind and promising during our initial meetings, but once she received payment, everything changed. She completely refused to coordinate with my wedding planner—even though I had a million other things to handle as the bride. She kept insisting she was hired by me, not the planner, and made everything unnecessarily difficult. Basic things we agreed on—like adding some fake flowers from her stock—suddenly came with extra charges, even though she previously said she had them available and didn’t mind adding a few. She also claimed she had all the furniture at her warehouse, but when we visited, there were only a few decorative items. She then sent us to a far-off location to check the rest, which weren’t even hers. I repeatedly told her I wanted only white and off-white flowers—she showed up with pink ones on the day of the wedding. She also didn’t bring enough matching chandeliers and refused to send anyone to get more, telling me to “take it or leave it.” I was standing outside in my robe on my wedding day arguing with her—while she refused to speak to my planner and stormed off. After that, her team went to nap, left the setup incomplete, and I had to watch my husband and his brother cleaning and fixing things while she ignored our calls. And all she kept texting about was the remaining 4,500 AED—even though she had already received 17,000—and she even threatened to block the sound and lighting team (from another company that she works with) from starting the wedding. She was completely unprofessional, uncooperative, and clearly just hungry for money, not interested in delivering what was promised. When the wedding finally started, there was no entrance carpet, no side flowers, the band had no stage, the backdrop was dirty, and the bridal stage wasn’t even properly set. ...

Eventualle Events did a great job for my engagement! Zoya is the sweetest person ever and she was so cooperative and went above and beyond to make my engagement setup magical! Highly recommended for any kind of event!
