I can never thank you enough for Leo and the care you have provided to him during my travel. We usually travel together but this time the trip was of two weeks in a country super complicated to go with your doggy. So this is the first time I am traveling without him ans Leo is a special dog with specific needs and care. I have been advised to board him with you from a dear friend who knows his background. First of all, it is not just a boarding : Leo had to pass an assessment kinda test with a wonderful guy called Ruslan . Since it is the first time we are being separated, we went progressively with day care and slowly socialising him with other dogs. I left Leo few hours before heading to the airport and I was literally crying . To my surprise , I think I was the one with separation anxiety , not Leo. He enjoyed his stay , social activities and the company of other doggies , made friends, was monitored on a daily basis with continuous updates on his food, sleep, activities , videos and pictures . I was super at peace honestly . I highly highly recommend this place whether for boarding or day care and now , for the first time everrrrrr, I will have Leo on their day care too when here coz he honestly blossomed when with them. Thank youuuuuu from all my heart.

Pawsome experience! We’ve taken our Husky for obedience training there, Seru is fantastic! We will be boarding and training again shortly, while we are out of town. We will give an update after that but we expect it will be another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. Stay tuned!

I had a disappointing experience with this dog service company. I first had a paid at-home consultation with Seru in July 2024, which offered little to no actionable feedback on training my puppy. That was frustrating but manageable. However, the real issues started when I began trying to arrange boarding for my dog from July to August. I’ve been in contact with them since March, mainly through Joan, and the communication has been consistently unprofessional. I had to repeat the same details multiple times, even though it was all clearly available in our previous chat history. Scheduling a tour of the facility—which should be standard procedure before a long boarding stay—turned into a drawn-out, complicated process with repeated delays and no clear answers. After months of trying to make it work, I lost trust in their ability to care for my dog. I’ve since switched to Petville, who arranged a same-day tour without any hassle and made me feel confident and welcome from the start. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience—there’s a clear lack of organization and customer care.

Our dog Leo love this place. The trainers, Receprionest and care takers are great. Nice lively place for our dig to socialise with other dogs. When he comes how he is fully exhausted.

I love this place. Trainers are very knowledgable and respectful. I have been around many trainers and was glad I ended up choosing this place. They give clear instructions and reasons for their methods. I feel valued as an owner and know they are catering to my breed of dog and our needs. Trainers assess you and your dog's prior knowledge and progress, and start from there. I always feel respected and spoken to in a positive manner. Because really they are training the humans as well! I feel that many other trainers offer temporary solutions or can only get the results when they are with the dogs. Here, you as an owner are taught the best way to assist your dog and get the results you want. And the trainer will constantly check in with what you want from your dog.
