I recently got my business license made through them, and I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the beginning, everything was handled with professionalism and clarity. Obtaining the license from them at the beginning is a good experience, they offer a installment payment, and etc. however, what disappoint me is upon renewal, in business transparency is very important. When they told me upon renewal i have to pay full amount again. While they make it clear from me from beginning that upon renewal it's half payment. Anyhow take risk of getting headaches, any movement you make, there will be an extra charges as we take license from service provider.

Warning: Fraudulent and deceptive practices – avoid EWBS! I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with EWBS. Before signing up, they promised me exactly what I wanted to hear—claiming that if the company license expires, the fine would be just 200 AED per month. But once everything was processed and the license was confirmed, they completely changed their story. Afterward, they said the fine is actually 50 AED per day, not per month, which is a huge difference and feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic. On top of that, they charged 500 AED for a bounced cheque, which was never mentioned clearly in advance. This kind of sudden fee and misinformation feels like a complete joke. I have proof of everything—WhatsApp messages, emails, all communication. But when I brought this up to them, they simply said, “We don’t know anything.” Absolutely no accountability. If you’re considering doing business with EWBS, I strongly recommend you stay away. Very unprofessional and misleading service
