Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I registered for the Master’s in AI & Machine Learning program at Exceed College, paid the AED 2,000 registration fee, and was excited to start my journey. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the **very first class**, the program dived directly into **complex coding** without any introduction, roadmap, or explanation of the overall learning journey. As someone without an IT background, this was impossible to follow. The instructor taught at a **very fast pace**, as if all students were already experienced coders. No effort was made to explain why we were starting with coding or how it fits into the bigger AI picture. This program is clearly **designed for IT professionals**, but this was **never communicated before registration**. Instead, they are happy to accept payment from anyone, regardless of suitability, and then hide behind their “no refund” policy. After I withdrew, they **offered me alternative courses without charging another registration fee**—obviously trying everything **except refunding my money**. I attended only **one and a half classes**, made it clear that I was unhappy, yet they insist on keeping the money. It is **really shameful** for a business to operate this way, prioritizing collecting fees over customer satisfaction. This proves they are **not business-minded, and most importantly, not professional enough** to run a program that genuinely supports learners. As a professional natural scientist specializing in water resource sciences, my decision to pursue an MBA at Exeed College was driven by a desire to bridge the gap between scientific expertise and strategic decision-making. I aimed to acquire the business and management skills necessary to support industries and governments in developing cost-effective, sustainable solutions for water reuse and conservation.
