Ms. Patricia is an amazing IELTS teacher! She’s very calm and explains things clearly, so I never feel pressured during lessons. I recently had a disappointing experience with Iexpress English that I feel compelled to share. Despite my eagerness to learn and improve my English skills, I found the treatment I received from the institute to be quite unsatisfactory. When I faced a personal situation that affected my ability to continue my classes, I reached out to them for understanding and support. Unfortunately, they did not seem to comprehend my situation at all. Instead of offering any flexibility or assistance, they remained rigid in their policies and refused to refund even the small amount of money I had paid. It's disappointing to see an institute that claims to prioritize student learning and well-being fail to exhibit any empathy or understanding. I hope my feedback helps others to consider their options carefully before enrolling.
