My 7-year-old son has been learning English at Express English in Dubai Downtown, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, Nicole warmly welcomed us and guided us through the process with such professionalism and kindness. Her support set a great tone for our journey here. Teacher Hannah Davis has been absolutely fantastic! She’s patient, engaging, and truly understands how to connect with young learners. My son looks forward to every class and his confidence in speaking and understanding English has grown tremendously. The center’s location is convenient and the classes are fun and well-structured, perfect for kids. Highly recommend Express English to any parent looking for a nurturing and effective English learning environment!

started studying here a few weeks ago, and the experience has been wonderful. Ann was the person who welcomed me and gave me all the details to help me decide to study here. (Thank you, Ann ❤️) The teachers are native speakers from the UK and the US. Nathan and Jimmy have been very good instructors. During class, we do speaking activities, work on grammar structure, and listen to audios. It really was a great decision

I recently had a disappointing experience with lexpress English that I feel compelled to share. Despite my eagerness to learn and improve my English skills, I found the treatment I received from the institute to be quite unsatisfactory. When I faced a personal situation that affected my ability to continue my classes, I reached out to them for understanding and support. Unfortunately, they did not seem to comprehend my situation at all. Instead of offering any flexibility or assistance, they remained rigid in their policies and refused to refund even the small amount of money I had paid. It's disappointing to see an institute that claims to prioritize student learning and well-being fail to exhibit any empathy or understanding. I hope my feedback helps others to consider their options carefully before enrolling.
