One of the worst experiences ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 years, with 2 boats, but what’s happened over the past year has been unbelievable. The number of issues from their side — including quality, service, and constant delivery problems — with my boat has been beyond frustrating. Extremely disappointed.

One of the worste experience in my life, probably is one of the worste decisions in my life after i went to them. 1. They gave me a list with all the spare parts that "i have to change" and i asked the reason to see why i have to change and all that i got is as per the company policy we have to change it. I said that i will go to another service and i don t need their service, but they told me that i have to sign the report with their recomandation and that i refuse their service so in case a future buyer come to them to ask questions they will show that paper to him. Practically my decision was or it will be very hard to sell it at low price or i pay what they ask so i had to go for their service instead to stay with the boat on my head. 2. I asked for tests(wich i paid) for the parts that they want to change. Test results : - from 12 valves that i had in the quotation only 2 i had to change - from the rods they asked in their quotation only 1 or 2 for change, but the tests showed clearly that 7 were bended - they wanted to change the manifolds, because "they have to", after their mechanic checked he say very clear that the manifolds are good and don t need any change. PRACTICALLY THEIR QUOTATIONS ARE BY GUESSING. 3. I kept that boat spotless but there noo, even if i had 2 covers for that boat, even if i asked them in multiple time to cover it still no interest, i went there my boat was in sun and exposed to sun, and my white upholdsterry full of grease and dust. After 2-3 ignored emails they responded with appologies. I had to take out all the vinil covered elements take it in my bathroom and clean it, still that grease i couldn t take it out. I had to drop my boat price because of that. 4. After 8 months i had 3 tests on water with them, all FAILED alarm started engine overheated, oil pump failed, no oil pressure. Finally in the 4 th test the boat run. 5. Next week i go on water alarm started my engine stopped someone come for me and tow me to the shore. THEY GIV...

Exceptional service done by extreme marine equipment and services. I am very happy with the professional and timely manner they serviced and delivered my boat. A special thanks to Mr Sabeel who supervised everything perfectly and in a trustful manner, and most importantly kept me updated through the whole process.

Rude staff, always late, never on time. Phone calls not answered, I dont know how are they even allowed to operate with all this mess!! Never calling them again to ask for their services! Much more better options in the market with better prices as well! Sorry but I would never recommend their services.
