I am very disappointed with this clinic’s handling of feedback. I had an issue with their eyelash extensions service and, instead of addressing it professionally, their response was unacceptable. Below is my original review, which I am now updating after their recent behavior. Original complaint: I went to Secret Eyelashes Dubai in Silicon Oasis for lash extensions. Within three days, the lashes started falling out quite noticeably, despite being told I could return for a free refill if this happened. Unfortunately, I had done them specifically for a wedding and was traveling abroad, so I couldn’t go back for the refill in Dubai. I informed the salon, and while they offered to refill them later, I no longer needed it after the wedding. The quality was not what I expected, and I had to pay for another specialist abroad to fix them before the wedding. That specialist confirmed that the amount of lash loss was not normal. Despite this, the clinic refused to issue a refund, saying the lash loss was “expected” and that my lashes looked fine because I had requested low volume. At the time, I noted that while I was unhappy with the eyelash service, I did enjoy their nails and hair services, which was the only reason I didn’t give them the lowest rating. Update after recent experience: Today, I contacted the clinic to book the removal of my gelish nails. Instead of handling my booking as a returning customer, they demanded that I remove my honest review from Google in order to proceed with my appointment. This was their reply: “Dear valued customer, we are delighted to welcome you back to our salon and pleased that you wish to return to our nail specialist. We would be happy to schedule an appointment for you. Kindly, we request that you remove the Google review associated with our salon.” Of course, I refused. Ziba she was so professional, careful and i don’t regret that i did my lashes with her , i was supposed to do my lashes with another technician but thankfully they moved me to Ziba and it was my first time with her and i can tell u she s one of the best technicians there(+ Kiki as well ), she s so detailed and i definitely recommend her , god bless her heart . And i definitely recommend Dilya (+ Peri as well ) for nails she s AMAZING and she pays attention to details . Trust me girlies ❤️
