Fabram Luxury Shoe & Bag Repair

Long-Time Customer, Deeply Disappointed I’ve been using Fabram for years, but their service has really gone downhill. Shockingly, they’ve deleted all my customer records, as if I never existed. I brought in a shoe for restoration, and before they even assessed it, they tried to charge me upfront. Thankfully, a polite staff member agreed to inspect it first and send a payment link later. I was told I could collect the shoes by next Friday, but now it’s suddenly three weeks. They don’t even answer queries, clearly the person handling call and messages needs additional training We agreed on a price for a full restoration, yet now they’re trying to charge extra for things like repainting the toe cap and faster service. It’s a shame—Fabram used to be great when they were smaller. Now, with their growth, the quality and integrity are fading. Sadly, I likely won’t be returning.

I can really recommend to use Fabram for your bags and shoes, I have repaired a lot of my bosses bags and shoes here. They are so professional and service minded. Dhiresh in DIFC is amazing. I just picked up my winter boots that I have had for 10 years and gave them a refresh.. They look like new now, and most likely I will be able to use them for another 10 years. Thank you Fabram and Dhiresh.

I must say that after a year bringing lots of shoes and bags for repair to this company I will never ever use them again. I have asked for a simple quote for getting a bag fixed as the manufacturer is asking for it to be approved so they will pay for it. I think that is not a hard request to get help with, all companies can do a quote. But not Fabram, no they rather decline it and lose me as a customer. This is bad service, and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I would like to leave this comment so management of this company will pay close attention to how Fabram treats their customer. I had a small tiny scratch on my just newly bought bag YSL bag mid Feb.Went to Fabram to make a small retouch beginning of March. So bag was only 2 weeks old. They have returned my bag fully painted from the front and very sticky. After checking with YSL shop I realized that instead of retouch Fabram completely changed a color and texture of my bag. I asked them to fix it. It took nearly 3 months. After that I received my bag back and found out that the paint was removed but they made new scratch. I have send it back for investigation, as not only they failed to fix a scratch, they made the bag look old and damaged it. It has been more than one month they are investigating. It made me so devastated as I have barely worn my bag and it has been in total 4 months I haven’t seen it. I am not a person writing comments to spoil anyone’s reputation but this case is way beyond being unprofessional, I am not even referring of normal human being treatment.

I repaired many luxury things ! They were every kid but now they look as new ! 😍 it is very good service , thank you so much for it .
