Their WhatsApp and email team are very poor at communication and their website is not working properly. after making account on their website i have been continuously texting their representatives for price of the product but no response even after seeing the message. Also there is no product information mentioned on the website like how many pieces are there in a carton. You will only receive a computer generated reply. worst experience.
Bad experience with Fakhruddin Souq. The products that I purchased for my Amazon business were fake, and Fakhruddin receipts were also not accepted by Amazon. Do not purchase anything from Fakhruddin Souq.
For me it was a bad experience with the manager. All staffs was good. But the manager doesn't know how to talk. I didn't buy anything.
