I got amazing service in amer center a young local guy. I forgot to ask his name. I had very good customer service even during ramadan. I went tooate and they were about to close for iftar. But he still waited few more minutes for me. And he opened my baby visa file. Truly appreciated. I was very disappointed about dubai government service places. Atleast in my 8yrs in uae 1st time i met one Arab who knows humminity and being kind.. Thank you again for the gentlemen.and i hope everyone will get good service..

I went to this center to do family visa affairs, I did my job in the best way, with experienced staff and very friendly and kind ethics. The whole process of setting up a company and handling visa formalities was smooth and well-organized. I want to especially thank Ms. Alanoun and Mr. Abbas for their outstanding support. They were not only helpful and responsive but also provided clear, accurate advice that made the whole procedure much easier for me. I am very grateful for their assistance! Highly recommend this center to anyone looking to establish a business or process documents in Dubai.

I am writing to express my sincere disappointment with the service I experienced during my visit today, July 13, 2025. I visited your office to process a staff cancellation, but I was unfortunately met with unprofessional conduct and a lack of proper assistance. Upon arriving around 2:40 PM, I found that there were no staff members present at TASHEEL, despite the stated operating hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When I inquired with the reception about this, I was told that the TASHEEL staff had to leave early due to an emergency. I expressed concern about how clients are supposed to receive assistance if your staff leave before the designated closing time, especially in emergencies. I also approached a staff member wearing a CONDURA uniform from Amer and asked about the early departure and the system being down. He informed me that the staff member had left early with the manager’s permission because the system was down. This was disheartening to hear, as it appears that staff are allowed to leave before their scheduled hours without proper notice or alternative arrangements. As a customer, I find it unacceptable that staff treat their workplace with such disregard, leaving clients unassisted and wasting their time, particularly on weekends when many people rely on your services. If staff are unable to stay until closing hours, it would be better to reconsider your operating times rather than have clients come and find no one available. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improving the professionalism and reliability of your service. Customers deserve respect and proper assistance, especially in essential government-related matters. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
