I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received from your travel agency. My experience was extremely poor due to several issues. First, I was not provided with complete and transparent information regarding the visa application cost when I made my payment. I later discovered that I was overcharged compared to market rates. Additionally, I was unaware that my application would be submitted through a third-party agency. This lack of communication is concerning. Finally, the rejection document was not fully shared with me, which made it impossible to understand the reasons for the rejection or the status of my application. When I sought clarification, the owner spoke to me very rudely and instructed me to go to the immigration office. Given these issues, I would advise others to avoid this travel agency.
