Seriously AMAZING - just do it!!! Reading reviews, safety conscious, considering cost...? You're in expertly safe hands with this professional company & will absolutely love it I'm sure; we did!! 12 minutes doesn't seem long but this experience, once up in the air seems to put time on hold & will last a lifetime in your all time favourite memories which after all, is priceless😍 We'd encountered a problem with a Third Company booking our experience only to find they'd booked ONLY one person instead of two (Scam!) FALCON Staff were all absolutely terrific, helping to resolve the problem to ensure we both could fly... we're indebted to the Falcon team for this. Safety briefing was engaging, Staff were lovely & friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. Pilot exuded confidence & was superbly sunny smiley & totally delightful ensuring we had a mind blowing trip which was both awesome & informative. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Amazing service. Our pilot was incredible. A beautiful way to see the city. Highly recommend. Sit in the right side of the helicopter. Divisibility from the left side isn’t good. They started to load us into the helicopter with some of us sitting on the left hand side behind the pilot. The pilot suggested that the ground crew switched us to the right hand side and it made a huge difference. You need to arrive 45 minutes before your flight time for the training and safety video. You need to bring your passport with you. They will make a copy of it as part of their flight plan documents. Leave early and give yourself plenty of time. The turn off for the helipad near Atlantis is before you reach the hotel near the White Beach parking lot.

My son and I recently took a helicopter tour with Falcon Helitours over The Palm and it was a magical experience! From start to finish, everything was well organised, making us feel safe and comfortable. We were super lucky to sit in the front, which offered breathtaking views that were unforgettable. We recently privatized a helicopter for 6 people and took a 17-minute flight over the stunning city of Dubai. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. The welcoming at the helipad was smooth and professional, with friendly staff guiding us through the process. The safety instructions were clear and available in multiple languages, which is a great touch for international visitors. The flight itself was nothing short of amazing. Seeing Dubai from the sky is a completely different experience—the views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, and the coastline were breathtaking. It was my son’s first time in a helicopter, and it was truly a top moment for him. He was thrilled from take-off to landing. The price for the experience was more than reasonable considering the level of service and the uniqueness of the activity. It’s worth every dirham for such a memorable adventure. The helicopter was in excellent condition, and the pilot was professional. I would highly recommend Falcon Helitours to anyone visiting Dubai. We’ll definitely be doing it again!
