I recently visited the Falcon Pack Festival City branch and I was really dissatisfied with the staff's conduct. The most notable aspect was the nasty and disrespectful manner of the person in charge, which made me feel uncomfortable and offended. It was clear that the staff prioritized certain customers—especially families or those they believed would leave a tip—over others. Never ever will go there. Myself rated 1 out of 10 and will not recommend to friends and family.
